Replacement of team managers excavation and prospection
RAAP Archeologisch Adviesbureau, Leiden (2010-2012)
In 2010-2011 ARGEOgraph replaced the manager of the excavation team of RAAP (division West-Nederland), during her maternity leave. In 2012 ARGEOgraph deployed an interim manager for the prospection team of this RAAP division. During these temporary replacements, the following tasks were carried out:
- Heading the excavation and prospection team (about 14 and 10 persons respectively)
- Evaluating invitations to tender and creating and autorising budget estimates and invoices
- Creating and autorising Programmes of Requirements for excavation and prospection projects
- Autorising research reports
